* Just too much talent disparity at too many positions. McBee guarding Miller or Gilchrist on and off, as an example.

* Defensive intensity from UK was just stifling. Stokes and Maymon are the real deal and a great tandem, Davis is just ridiculously good down low. At one point UT was 14-50 from the field. (Yes, there were missed calls, but not enough to change the tide or momentum this game had.)

* Golden did not play horrible, but the flaw did show that UT does not have a true PG to get them into the offense, it just looked stagnant for much of the night (which is defense as well)

* Woolridge, wow. Didn't see that one come, obviously scouting report did not either.

Keep ya heads up, you got the right captain steering the ship.

Ahhhhh....something Kentucky board related!

Didn't watch as I'm at work. Sounds about right, although I still expect more from Maymon/Stokes inside. Shoutout to Swiper, well done sir.

Tonight was ugly no doubt. I still think we pick up a few road wins when it is all said and done. CCM will right the ship. We just have to keep the faith.

agree on all acounts, classy post. talent disparity was just way too big between these teams. there is only so much a coach can do, as you said when you have mcbee against miller or gilchrist and richardson against gilchrist it really just shows the disparity between the 2.

with that said if vandy shoots like they have been watch out, going to memorial is going to be interesting. if UK is able to stifle vanderbilt like they have alot of teams i'll start believing the championship hype.

To many people just not very realistic. They are the #1 team in the nation playing them at Rupp with a 47 game win streak on the line, and you guys are claiming everyone sucks. What did you think was going to happen? There has been no evidence all friggin year that they could even hang with Kentucky on the road. No reason to start hating, there's all kinds of posters on here that could do this or do that. If you could you would be instead of talking about it.

when you're getting hacked down low and it's not called it will absolutely change the game. Not at all the reason we lost but it definitely affected our guys

He didn't mention how many times we were fouled down low that weren't called. Guess thats how the UK one and done thugs play though

I mentioned the fouls in my second bullet point, not sure what else you want me to do. If you believe some missed calls would have changed that game I don't know what to say. Thats not trollin', that's just straight up.

I'm not one to normally complain about officials, but 27 attempts to 7 attempts. That's facts.

Hardwood- You seem nice, but put this on a UK board.

he is by far the least of the uk trolls on this board. personally i have never seen him poke fun or hate on UT the way that others do. IMO its nice once in awhile to hear an unbiased opinion about how we played.

let's be honest. The refs were atrocious. you guys are better than us. you guys were gonna win regardless, but the refs just made it even more of a joke than it already was

For the most part, AJ did a hellacious job defending without bumping. Dude's a freak.
