I like teague, as long as you don't ask him to score much he can be a great PG
Dooley actually doesn't run up the score, almost to the point of going overboard in terms of being nice. If we are up big in the second half, the air will completely come out of the ball. Unfortunately, most of the chances to run up anything have all been against really small programs so far.
Teague is an all sec point guard and projected top 20 pick. Those of you expecting harrow to e better than that are expecting way too much, maybe he will end up being but to expect it off of what he has shown is just dumb. It's ok to be excited about incoming players, but stay realistic about expectations or your going to be disappointed the majority of the time.
I could see this changing a hit this year, I think Dooley will be trying to see messages to many people. Also, we could hang 52 up on UK in te first half easy.
To be honest, I haven't seen Harrow in practice and don't know anything about his ability. I trust in UK's coaching staff and worry about things one year at a time.
I'm no saying the staff isn't good or can't evaluate talent maybe your misunderstanding what I'm saying. I'm just saying its very simple look at te 2 guys coming out, look at both their freshman years it's very clear Teague is at this point the better player. Could cal turn harrow into wall who knows maybe, I just have a hard time believing he's better than Teague because if e was he'd be in the NBA not on the bench sitting out a year.
Teague has more talent and upside. At the beginning of the season I would have taken Harrow just due to his experience at the position, because the kid has talent. But Teague is finally learning his role, and minus the 4 bonehead shots he takes per game, his assist/turnover ratio is drastically improved over the last 6-8 games, and is D is solid.
