Supergirl (CW)

Really like this show but I hope they have her put on some muscle and teach her how to throw a punch lol

Supergirl may have finally settled in as going up against The X-Files last night it held 1.8 in the 18-49 & (7.79 mil. Viewers)

So this is actually good?
Absolutely it tied for the 4th most watched show on the night (Scorpion) in the 18-49 Demo.

Only three shows got a 2.0 or higher in the 18-49 demo The X-Files (3.2), Lucifer (2.4) & The Bachelor (2.3).

However Supergirl's (7.97) Mil. total viewers was better than both Lucifer (7.15) & The Bachelor (7.7)

The most watched show on the night was Scorpion (10.58) followed by NCIS: Los Angeles (9.95) & The X-Files (9.69)

Off topic, but is scorpion any good?

Another really good episode!

Next week we get a take on the "For the Man Who Has Everything" story from Superman Annual #11 (1985) and a very good Justice League Unlimited episode in 2004.

So the Supergirl TV show is adapting one of the most heralded stories of Superman and we get MoS in the theatres?!?

Smdh

I gotta watch it still.

So Melissa Benoist played Bizzaro for almost the whole episode until the very last scene where some actress named Hope Lauren played Bizzaro instead of the chic from Bitten. What happened there?

If a different actress played Bizarro then it wouldn't have been an exact opposite of Supergirl. That's why Maxwell Lord got that girl who looked just like Supergirl.

Laura Vandervoort who played Supergirl on Smallville is playing a different character on an upcoming episode.

'Supergirl' to Host 'The Flash' Crossover in March

'Supergirl' to Host 'The Flash' Crossover in March

This will be the first time the speedster crosses networks over to CBS.

It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a multi-network crossover!

Supergirl and The Flash will finally come face-to-face when the Speedster pays a visit to National City in March, CBS announced Wednesday.

The crossover episode is set to air on the March 28 episode of the freshman CBS drama. No further details were provided about what will bring the two together.

"We are so incredibly excited to announce something that we have dreamed of happening since we starting making Supergirl — The Flash and Supergirl are teaming up!," said series exec producers Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg. "We want to thank Grant Gustin for making the time to come visit (on top of his already immense workload) and all of the folks at CBS, The CW, Warner Bros. and DC for working this out. And finally thanks to the fans and journalists who have kept asking for this to happen. It is our pleasure and hope to create an episode worthy of everyone's enthusiasm and support."

Both series share a showrunner in Kreisberg and both hail from Berlanti Productions, which also produces The Flash's sister series Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow. While The Flash and Arrow have crossed over with each other several times, in addition to welcoming several Legends characters ahead of it's January debut, this marks the first crossover with Supergirl. Unlike the other superhero series, Supergirl is the only one to air on CBS.

Kreisberg shot down rumors of a spinoff as recently as December. "First of all, we don’t even know if we could, legally," he told THR at the time. "And quite frankly, just making the Arrow-verse, which is what we call Legends, Flash and Arrow work and then making Supergirl work, it's enough of a challenge without having to add a fourth player."

Although the shows are technically on rival networks, CBS Corp. is a part owner of The CW.

These superhero-themed crossovers have proven a ratings boon for The CW ever since The Flash debuted in 2014, joining veteran Arrow.

The Flash is the latest comic book character to visit Supergirl. Others include Martian the Manhunter, Non, the Toyman and the upcoming introduction of villain Silver Banshee. The show is also set to introduce a teenage Clark Kent later this season.
