Really interesting Tajh Boyd interview from Scout on his thoughts on the process of coaching changes and on Tennessee. Says he still roots for Tennessee on the side and that he still occasionally attends UT basketball games. Also says that Mike Hamilton lied to his face, telling him two weeks before Fulmer was canned that he "would still be here". Had and still does have great respect for Coach Fulmer, saying that his authenticity and manner in which he conducted himself were the reasons he wanted to go to UT.

Interview is in the video at the bottom of the page. It's free.

1-on-1 with Tajh Boyd

I don't often rehash the Lane Kiffin thing, but knowing that he ran off not one but two of the best CFB QBs in the country makes my blood boil all over again.

But anyway, great interview. Boyd seems like a really well-grounded kid.

Oops.

I didn't realize JW started against SC when Bray was here. I was including a HS game as the other win.

Still...

What could have been....Had a chance with RGII and Newton, then told Boyd and Petty to hit the road...

That might have been Fulmer's best recruiting class ever with Boyd and Petty.

Damit Kiffin! He really screwed us with petty, Boyd, and all of his 1 and done thugs. I hope he brings Bama down like clawson brought fulmers season to an end in 2008.

That HS game between his team and Clowney's is what gives me hope that the light will come on for Worley. When he is "on" he's damn good and wasn't named the Gatorade Nation Player of the Year for nothing.

Not even remotely close to being his best class.

Boyd & Petty were two of the very few guys who ended up being better-than-average players. Most of the commits PF had at the time of his dismissal -- especially the linemen -- were complete washouts wherever they ended up signing.

When did Worley go 1 on 1 with Clowney? And at what?

Thank you. I don't get those kind of arguments. It's like people on here that say Tee Martin was a better Qb than Manning because he beat Florida. I think Tee threw for around 63 yards in that win.
