The point is we were lucky to even make bowl games just 3 years ago. This is still a building project and we are a couple recruiting cycles away from regularly having 10 wins.

Yep. I think we are on the upward trajectory. The talent on last years team caused sort of a flash in the pan, but we are still on the right track. A few years ago I would’ve taken 8-4 or 9-3 all day long. We will get there, especially with the playoff expansion next year.

Boys...uga will walk into a hornets nest. If you're still not hopeful for a 10-2 then please reconsider. And, since I am more convinced than ever that the sec predetermines games, us at 10-2, Bama and uga at 11-1, gives them more control and say so when bowl season rolls around. It is exciting. No teams can mark us down as an automatic W anymore.

I have concerns about the OL, but the future looks bright and full of orange. If some of these guys come back for their super senior seasons it would make me feel a lot better.

After we found out there’s no fixing joe Milton. 9-3 with a chance a 10 wins including a bowl is a phenomenal down year record for us. We’ve been lucky to make a bowl game since 2010 outside 2 years with dobbs and butch.

What a miserable and unrealistic way to (try to) be a fan. Given the utter mess we were in 3 years ago, I’ll absolutely celebrate 9-3. It’s only gonna get better from here.

Has the floor been raised? Absolutely.

However, next year could be a real concern. This team has Sr. starting everywhere. Need a real big transfer portal year. Heup's "talent" isn't showing very well. We're still riding with Pruitt and/or transfer guys. Dylan Sampson and Squirrel are really the only two recruits that have shown anything. At some point we have to recruit an OL that can be a factor. Defense recruiting has been solid.

Uh...we've got 1 guaranteed win and 1 very likely win in UConn and Vandy. UGA is a loss. The rest are going to be real tests. UK and Mizzou are road games. Mizzou will also have the advantage at QB. Wouldn't count my chickens too soon.
