It's also demeaning to the other team. It's like, poor babies, we don't want to hurt your little feelings. I say just play ball; but that's the world we live in today.

Did any of you guys hear Stoops dropping F bombs on the sidelines? I heard him twice and then of course he was caught saying MF by the camera.....

This is Tennessee we always show Mersey. Except when we played Miami in 1985 and in that game Tennessee just brought Miami down a notch.

If you're up by 20 on UF, you still run a flea flicker with about 30 seconds to go if you have the ball.

I personally thought it showed what kind of class act Butch is. I think the running up of the score on a less superior team is becoming a big problem in football. It don't prove nothing but how big of a ass you are

I was going to post something similar to this. One of vandys dline starters was injured on the following series. Felt bad for the kid but franklin got what he deserved.

Sure, people taking a knee just happened in the last five years. Stupid comment. It is called sportmanship and it is class. Great coaches with class use to do it all the time at the end of the game.

You people are nuts. The score wasn't even that high to claim "sportsmanship" and we were like 13 yards from the damn end-zone. I was pissed, maybe I'm just sitting in a room all by myself.

I have no problem with "running the score up". However, if you can run the clock out by taking knees and choose not to, it's coaching malpractice. ALWAYS take the win.

we were actually 3yds from the endzone but it was still the right call. We do something stupid with the ball (like 2003 UGA game) and they are a TD away from winning with around 2 min left. Taking a knee eliminates all of that
