here's a good video rucker re-tweeted ... coach of the year speech ... plays into the sentiments he had for Missouri State and how they feel about him. Glad he's our coach.

It's obvious this guy (Martin) is winner in Life. I feel confident he will win as our basketball coach too.

If the returnees and newcomers buy into Martin's a fraction as much as the modestly talent bunch at Missouri St. the Vols will exceed everyone's expectations. He doesn't have anything to prove to us. It's all about the coach and his players.

A lot of the negavols will be eating crow when Coach Martin proves he is a good coach and recruiter.

From what I've read, Martin runs a disciplined motion offense that is basically the same as what Painter does at Purdue. It will be quite a shock to our players to go from what they're accustomed to doing to that.

They seemed to have trouble with the style they were taught this year!
