I don't care for him at all. He doesn't know anymore about the Vols, than any of us. He gets info from Volquest and 247, the same many of us do. Then he acts like he knows it all. Nothing against the other guys on his show, he is the problem. I really liked Vols JP. Boogie always begging for likes and subscribers. There are others who are much better ! I have a few friends that don't like him either, so it's not just me

I am sure this is a good show. But, Eric Cain was the one who publicly and forcefully criticized Tennessee fans who were against hiring Shiano. Called us an embarrassment and questioned our motives. So, until he apologizes for that, I won't be watching anything he is a part of.
Agree, but talking Vawls is not a good show

Some of y'all COMPLETELY miss the point of "we're not experts or insiders, we're just fans like you, talking about our Vols...the show is by the fans, for the fans..." Sheesh! I'm not even affiliated, but I have been on one of his Tues fan call-in shows before the hurricane down here in '22.

Boogie wants to be an expert so bad !!! Don't waste your time on Boogie!!! Smash the like button
He talks way too much about very little. Is painfully repetitive and is full of bad takes. But what really made me quit watching was the incessant click bait he does. I don’t really have anything positive to say about his show

Superchat, smash that like button, superchat, smash that like button, superchat, smash that like button, superchat, smash that like button.
I'm sure it got deleted by his mods, but I posted basically the same thing you did on his YouTube feed. He was talking about trying to get subs & I basically told him the super chats and subscriptions he gets is a lot more money than most people make in a day.

Self promotion on Vol nation is not a very wise thing. That will definitely hurt business instead of just directing people to support Tennessee.

Boogie is a cool dude in real life. In my opinion it’s because ever since he quit his job and does YouTube full time, he shills for money quite a bit. I realize he has to do it but it turns a lot of people off.
I've always jokingly referred to full time YouTubers as digital pan handlers, LOL! I realize it's just part and parcel to the trade, but it does get exhausting constantly hearing "subscribe, hit the like button, join us on Patreon, become a member, blah blah". I like Boogie and Talkin' Vawls though and watch his videos quite a bit.

His panhandling isn't what I find annoying...it's that he doesn't really bring anything to the party. He just regurgitates information and takes from other sites, Twitter, and message boards. He doesn't really provide any value or do something different than what others do, IMO. His postgame shows are sort of entertaining, but TB and the Fox Sports Knox guys have the market cornered on that.

He's not a journalist and has never claimed to be. This is what most YouTubers do, regardless of their particular field of interest. Think of it more as the digital "barber shop" and less ESPN. It's just a bunch of fans, hanging out and talking about the Vols. I find it entertaining because frankly I don't have a ton of friends/colleagues who are die hard Vol fans like I am. So, just like with this forum, it's nice to have outlets like that to help fans feel connected to one another.

Right - not saying that he holds himself out to be or that I expect him to be a journalist. He's another voice in the ecosystem, which is fine. I'm just saying that he doesn't really bring anything different or interesting to the conversation; his takes are all ones I've heard or seen somewhere else.

The show is not for the fans, he doesn't like it when you disagree with him.

Yes it is for the fans. I realize you don’t like it but it’s a fan centric show. People disagree with him all the time. He doesn’t put up with people being flat out rude to others. Sorry you are just wrong.

I saw him last year on BVD's podcast being extremely rude to a guy here in W. Tennessee. He used filthy language and insults, because he didn't agree with him. The other guy was spot on about him and he couldn't take it. I used to watch and comment, but if he didn't like what I said, he would make smart remarks. No offence to you, but to me he is a joke. Go Vols

Agree he probably shouldn't have quit his day job in the long run

Tbh I think people are just jealous this dude makes a living off talking Tennessee football. Many of us would love that. I don’t watch a whole lot but when I do, he says over and over he’s just a fan and doesn’t claim to be an expert. Shill for money? I mean who wouldn’t if it’s your job, no different than being in sales imo.
