Is he running that place that trains athletes? It might be Will Bartholomew I'm thinking of. It's called D-1 sports or something like that. There is one here in Nashville and 104.5 talks about it sometimes.

yeah , I've got 2 dogs and a cat . I really dont like the cat , but still have to feed it , so let's say 25 for the cat and 300 for the two dogs ! A grand total of $325.00 . I sure glad that one of my critters name is LUCKY ( now i'm in ) lol

Wow, a fool and their money are easily parted. People paying for this should understand that the question is likely to be asked anyway, if it is any kind of reasonable question at all.

Ted Nugent thinks the plan is wack....A guy who made his mark with songs like 'Cat Scratch Fever' and 'Wang Dang Sweet Poontang' seems to be smarter than everyone in our government put together.

Actually, that's not completely accurate. They're not stupid, they just do what they do with total confidence that we are stupid...but I'll still take my money back.:hi:

husband may only make 5-10k per year, so he goes in to the office looking for a free handout, concealing the fact that he's married and his wife makes 60K per year.

sort of like those people the democrats trotted out who were supposedly the poster children for the S-chip fiasco. They lived in a 300K dollar home, owned two high end cars, and all of the kids went to private schools. Yet they couldn't "afford" private medical insurance because the husband was self-employed and only reported a tiny fraction of his actual income.

So you mean to tell me, if Mr. Smith is married to somebody that brings home 60k and decide's he wants government help, they wont be able to find out he is married. Dont they have to fill out lots of paperwork that would uncover this. I dont understand how that is possible, that is crazy if indeed true.

in a lot of cases, you're dealing with government employees who are either too bored or too apathetic to fully verify the correctness of an application.

It's the same reason workers' compensation gets abused, people lie because they can get something for nothing and they will rarely get caught.

one of my friends sisters was an illegal immigrant. when she became a citizen she immediately went on welfare even though she was working full time as a maid. then sheo declared all her neighbors kids as dependants and apparantly they all declare her kids as dependants too. when i asked her why she did this her response is "everyone i know does this." greeeaattttt. i'm 100% convinced if we gave $$$$ to govt employees for finding fraud the costs of our social welfare programs would haf.

As a means of an economic stimulus, I don't see the reasoning. I see signs of a better economy looming. I work in the transportation industry and when freight is steady as it has been this early in the year, that generally means the economy is going well.

In addition, the Chinese didn't send anywhere near as much freight to this country last year due to higher import taxes. I've already negotiated to bring a lot of freight into the country from China.

I admit I feel badly doing it, knowing I'm contributing to the trade deficit, but if I don't do it, 100 other people will.

I'm getting married in July and I need a dining room table and new furniture. That money will help out, so I will gladly take it and use it!
