episode 5 was a return to good television.

It was better. I adored season 1 but season 2 has been tough. It just felt they totally forgot what actually made the show good and went full hunky dory happiness.

I have enough problems keeping demented thoughts out of my head without supplementing it with my TV viewership. That's why I love this show. It's good natured, doesn't take itself seriously, and the writing is spectacular. I've recommended it to several people.

Finally started watching this. Just 4 episodes in and it’s pretty good. They definitely altered the character from the old EPL promos

Seems like it’s a similar plot of Major League though.

Now that season two is complete, it would be a good time to get the free week of Apple TV+ and watch both seasons all 22 episodes.

So season 1 had 10 episodes, season 2 was only supposed to have 10 episodes as well, but Apple asked for 2 extra episodes, so there are a total of 12.
The two extra episodes are the Christmas one and the Coach Beard one, so those story lines go off track from the regular episodes.
I still enjoyed them.
