Um, not to destroy your "theory" here, but my sources say that Gruden has been hired since 98'. In all honesty though, my sources are a two year old and the voices that live in my shoe.

@JimmyHyams Lane Kiffin has just informed me that Tee Martin has not taken the job at UT - at least not yet.

Just now getting to stroll in to see what's been going on with the staff and all the last few days. Seems Jones is building a decent staff thus far, hope Tee shows he is V4L soon and returns home. Anxious to see how the recruiting pans out now as well.

My "Insiders" are telling me that Tee Martin is on a plane headed to Ktown as we speak with Jones, Peyton, Haslam, and Majors! Jon Gruden is actually flying the plane!! Book It, TIFWIW! :)

Actually really hope T does come back to UT! That would be our splash hire, and would be all over news! :rock:

How old is Tee's oldest son? And how competitive is powell in basketball and football? I know the football team was pretty solid from covering knox area schools a few years ago.

Yea I'm wondering what time frame he has to say yes or no. CBJ was in Nashville on the recruiting trail already and I'm sure he would like an answer...surely it cannot be that difficult.

His boy plays for Powell Middle. My son told me this a while back. I'm sitting here waiting for my son and who walks by...Tee, his wife pushing a stoller, his other son, and some dude. He drove off in a white GMC Hybrid Yucon. My son said he met Tee, he knows his boy Amari. This perhaps is boom worthy...not sure. But he did just walk by my vehicle. It was him.
