There are multiple rumors out there, but the OC job rumor seems to be gaining more and more traction. Granted OC for Jimbo is really just a title as it appears Fisher will never willingly give up those duties.

Let this thread die. Tee didn't want to be here and that's his choice. Let him go to wherever he wants too. I'm happy with the staff we got now. Would have been nice to have him back home but it didn't happen. Time to move on. Go Vols.

Sure, he ended up here, but he came here because Bama and FSU told him he wouldn't qb. Let's not pretend that if either of those schools offered him as a qb that he wouldn't have gone there. My point is, he didn't choose us, he was stuck with us.

If T gets the OC title then there is zero reason for any tenn fan to feel slighted. Really hoping he gets that job!

Same reason we ended up with Condredge Holloway, but I've never heard anyone complain about that.

Condredge has acted like he was a Volunteer since he left football.

I'm not saying that because Tee didn't take the job that he's not a Vol, but he doesn't/hasn't done much since he left as a player that would make you think he was a Volunteer fan. I'm of course talking about before coaching, it's realistic for him to not sport his fandom as a coach, but he's never sported fandom of the University.

Mind you, I'm saying I've not heard of any of it. I may be mistaken, and he may have done some things to promote the university, but I cannot think of anything.

Before Tee was coaching, he was a host CSS's talking football, I beleive. Anyway he was a huge UT homer and he was funny about it. He was the main reason I watched the show.

Tee still loves UT. Angie said that he got the impression from Tee that he wished UT would have offered a job etheir sooner or later on. The timing was really bad for him so close to signing day. The guy has some honor in him. He isn't Kiffin, were he would just screw a school over so clise to signing day.

Wow, I guess Martin turning us down shockingly had nothing to do with his wife or his recruits. He just didn't want to work for Butch Jones.

I feel sorry for Tee. I really do but he had his chance here and didnt take it I know he didnt want to move for family reasons but know he is moving to FL that is way to far why not try to go to UCLA or something...
