The bottom of the 7th inning in an SEC road game with 2 on and a 2 run lead is not the time to let a guy work out of a jam. It was obvious that Neely had no command of any pitches. Should have pulled him before the 2 run double.

Sorry, but I don't know who is available and who is not. It's just not that cut and dry. Someone has to pitch out of the jam. Guys have to make it happen and produce. The throw to second doesn't show anything. I used to pitch, and the turn to second is a totally different motion.
