I am not so sure about that. Could we beat them all? Sure. We could lose to them all, as well. But what solid team have we destroyed this year?

lol, O I didn't intend for a logical assesement of my statement...that was my attempt to dig on catpause forums where they were on there hardcore slamming all the final four teams.

Why compare Tennessee basketball to Duke basketball this year of all years...I've had the same argument, but it was in 2008 when Tennessee actually went further in the tourney...

i have no problem saying that UT could beat every single team in the final four at least 5 out of 10 times. destroy might be exaggerating.

tennessee went further in the tourney in 2008? did all the reporters not account for that accomplishment when writing that our elite 8 was the first in school history?

Tennessee is 7-7 all time versus Duke with the last meeting being a 90-69 Tennessee victory in 1980.

My buddy just did some researching and found out that Tennessee is 7-7 verses dook.. A lo better than I expected.

Duke wasn't the powerhouse we know them as until Coach K came along, right? Or am I off on that?

They were NCAA runners up a few times before he got there, and had 4 Final Four appearances before Coach K got there. However, he, indeed, was the first to win a national title there.

We're not there because we lost to Mich St. I know you didn't miss the game so why are you asking a rhetorical question?
