The original reason hiring black coaches is a progressive issue is because a majority of big time college football players(SEC, etc) are black and when only 5 percent of coaches are black something could be amiss.

Your statement here is the strongest one yet in showing the importance of diversity. I don't believe you to be a racist, but you certainly lack a bit of understanding.Grizz disagrees. Sticks and stones buddy, sticks and stones. The n word has such little power these days that black youth began using it as a term of endearment amongst each other. Not only that it is used not as a descriptor but as an identifier of friends, enemies, and groups by black people. The word is just a word.
