I didn't mock UT. It's the truth. UT is better at FB and we are better at BB. Overall, UT is better.

You are ignorant as to what is and what is not trolling....you still dont seem to grasp the concept. You are in a Vols basketball forum, in a Vols thread, talking about a Vols milestone. With that being the situation, you choose to post a Kentucky banner of 2K wins......you still dont see this as trolling?

its not offending its annoying there is no reason that UT fans should come on our board, and have to read UK stuff. as i said if you continue with the border line taunting comments your gonna end up getting banned, you have been warned on this multiple times recently. im just trying to tell you. i dont care if you provide a valuable opinion and talk about things that are relevant to UT, hardwood fanatic is one in particular nobody has a problem with. You can be an opposing fan and be welcomed here, but with the constant banter and comments that you make they are simply unneccesary.

It doesn't bother me when relevant UK news shows up in the NCAA forum, and I find it funny when the Cats gather in there for a GameDay thread on this board. But, people are going to be turned off when a UT thread in a UT forum on a UT board gets hijacked by rivals.

I've never paid any attention to UT's all-time wins total until this week. I'd like to raise a glass to 1500 without BBN waving a finger in my face.

It's ignorant because it's not world breaking news, everyone with a functional brain knows these facts. There is no need to come to a UT board, in a UT thread where they are discussing their own program, and say idiotic things. Now, if someone from this board came to your UK board and ran their mouth, and you felt the need to come here and do the same, it's somewhat understandable. If someone called you out, unprovoked, go for it. But you don't walk in someone else house and take a crap on their carpet when they didn't invite you over in the first place. It's mutual respect kiddo.

I've been holding out hope for you, that you weren't a Smails clone.

It was dumb to post the UK2K thing. I see it now. Thought it was funny and sarcastic. I realize this isn't a BB school but I know people care for the team and the players just as much as UK fans do.

And it is funny to do that stuff sometimes, but with the amount of buzz and commotion you have stirred up the last few weeks, you had a reputation preceding you. I do that kinda stuff a lot too, but they know it's all in good fun and a jest, just like you meant it to be. You earn the right to do that kind of stuff by earning some respect.

No disrespect with the "kiddo" part. It's just a common term I use when talking to younger fellas. You're on the right track.

Dont worry about it. I didn't even pay attention to it.

I remember as a fresh. in high school it sucked. I was on multiple sports teams but never liked being at school and doing stuff with other people. I hated school and hated life in general. I never went to lunch b/c I went to the library. I ended finding VN somehow. Dont remember how but i got there.

I was always interested in seeing what UT said about UK. For 2 years I sat in that library reading the comments...I read a lot of your posts. I saw how everyone respected you (most anyway). I saw how you were able to make a reputation and become liked on the site.

I decided to make an account. Made a stupid trolling comment and banned. Stupid, right? Made another account, tried to do better. Here I am. Wanted to be like Hardwood in many ways. It's hard to not get pissed off. It's hard to keep calm and be mature. Very hard.

Trying to get better.

I've read UK boards before, but I've never created an account and started posting, because I think it would eventually lead to trouble.
It has to be difficult to post with positive intentions on a rival board, because if you earn the respect of the "locals," the knuckleheads from your fan base will inevitably put you on the spot for your loyalties. The UK trolls interpret HF's bashing of them as a bashing of UK.
If I posted on a UK board, and a pack of Vol trolls showed up, I'd be put on the spot. I doubt I'd be able to maintain respect from the UK locals for very long, because it'd be hard to have to side with BBN in putting the orange trolls in their places. And, if I wrote some of the stuff I write on VN on a UK board, I'd be the troll.
