Take a look at Arkansas fans. They get it. They want to be good at both sports equally bad. Here they are waiting to watch and listen to the press conference announcing Mike Anderson as their new head coach. They are not worrying about which sport is bigger or better. They are rooting for both with a passion.

I don't know about that. He wasn't exactly running away from Kif-just hiring more people to report his secondary violations.

Sitting in Neyland a few years ago they played a bball promo video. Kentucky fan sitting a couple rows behind us said "this is a football game!" My husband turned around and said "We play basketball now too." Our whole section screamed.

That's how I feel about this topic.

you can obviously cheer for both with passion.

eventually, you have to make a choice with your bank account.

does tennessee charge booster contribution fees for basketball tickets or just the straight ticket price?

Actually our area isn't that much bigger(thiers = 19,368), so even further proves my point. We were considerably closer to selling out most games than they were.

Tennessee is a football school. Period. I think you are trying to make your views the views of everyone. Every Vol fan wants the Basketball program to do well and to be successful but for many of them, it's really just an enjoyable space occupier between football seasons.

For me, they're pretty much equal. I've been going to both basketball and football games ever since I can remember.

You made the same 'mistake' twice, so did you really know how to spell the word?

(Maybe all the violence in Chattanooga is getting to you.)

Well I feel like it was obviously a typo but let's pretend for a second that I'm that stupid and can't spell arena. What did you stand to gain by pointing it out?
