He had one bad drive??? Some people just love to reach. The throw to Keyton that was dropped and McCoy in the corner of the end zone was perfect
It was one drive that your referring to lol. If keyton doesn't drop that, I bet your tune would be a different storyIt wasn’t a drive. It was three terrible throws in a row that killed a possession. In the second half they completely changed the play calling to safe short throws. Not gonna work against sec.
Lol okay good thing we play all 8 sec games in week 1 right… what ever will we do without your expert coaching analysis lol… my goodness to live n be that miserable has to be awful Just enjoy a great team win plenty to clean up just like every other team in the nation…It wasn’t a drive. I agree about the play calling but the offensive line early wasn't finding their rhythm. I'm not gonna fret over one bad drive cuz that's all I saw that went wrong with Milton. He stat line should be reading 22/31 for 270 yards 3 passing TDs and 2 rush TDs. I'm ok with that considering the the front 7 looks great thus farIf we had continued to run our normal offense with vertical passing in the second half and he was consistent making good throws with accuracy I would change my tune.

UVA applied pressure on one of the drives early. Miltons worse throw of the day was a quick out screen to McCoy that he threw high. I thought everything else wasn't to much of a concern. All I all, I thought he settled down nicely and made a deep shot late in the 2nd quarter that got us rolling. Running game and interior line was awesome and I will say that was one of the things I was concerned with without having cooper out there.I honestly don’t remember any throws that were affected by their pass rush. Maybe I missed something.
My concern mostly is he’ll make a great throw and then next play miss a wide open receiver or stare down a receiver and throw k to coverage. And that was essentially a home game against a fairly weak team and not much pressure.
When I picture that kind of inconsistency against an sec team and you take away the ability to just lean on the run game, it’s concerning
Altitude no doubt played a role in their "fatigue". Having said that, I've seen some question why we went away from Wright when he was having such success running it. I noticed him asking for a sub on a few occasions. Don't think he's "out of shape" either, but while the temps at game time weren't extreme, I'm sure that new surface likely made it a lot hotter. Think cramping was an issue for both sides. Thankfully our depth is much better this season so I'm hoping we'll be better off in the swamp this year. Maybe we get lucky and there's a bit of a cold snap and lower humidity by the time we face the lizards. My big thing is how does UF look that bad after preparing all off-season and game planning for Utah for I assume at least two to three weeks. They looked out of shape as well
Milton didn’t play bad at all?? He missed some throws, our coach got the game in hand and decided to not show any new looks just like he’s done every season at the beginning of the past 3 seasons… Sheesh some people just love to hate.Lol. Think Milton sucks cause he played bad again - coward.
Good logic
