I believe honorable mention counts per UT but agree next year it will be big!
I think it's a testament to her improvement that she was voted as one of the top 40 players by the AP, but the "All American" distinction is to players that make one of the teams. Otherwise, there would be a lot more "4 time All Americans" than are currently recognized.

If healthy, I think Jordan will be a shoe in to make one of the teams next season. That would make her the first since Meighan Simmons.

So Russell, Graves and DeShields were never all Americans? Wow. Still hard to think Davis never made it.

I am basing this on the item (from UT I think) that said that now UT had had 21 all Americans as in they were counting Jordy. I may have this messed up, let me see if I can find it.

That's interesting, because if they are counting Honorable Mention towards All American recognition, there should be way more than 21. Since 2000, the following players have been named HM AA (and I'm probably missing a few): Horston, Rennia Davis, Mercedes Russell, Jaime Nared, Diamond Deshields, Bashaara Graves, Izzy Harrison, Cierra Burdick, Angie Bjorklund, and Shanna Zolman. In addition to them, they've had way more than 11 players that placed on 1st/2nd/3rd teams and probably another 10 that were HM dating back to the 80s/90s.

I wonder if the article is saying she is the 21st honorable mention? It does say Rennia was the last.
