Yeah. Baffling. I maintain we should never have re-started that series. I felt that was Holly trying to save her job and it was a horrible idea. Pat cancelled that for a reason, whether she was sound of mind or not, I do not care. If she felt that passionately about not playing them, I stand behind that.

I am all for playing three or four top teams and a bunch of teams you can pummel. This gives everyone a lot of chances to play early and either prove or disprove themselves. Justine needed more time, but she was not trusted by the coaching staff to guard anyone. She shot really poorly 26 percent from the three and 33 percent overall when she did get in. Maybe she could've got in some kind of rhythm if we hadn't played so many tough teams.

I respectfully disagree that "they were no good this year." The woman who had perhaps the best game of her life (Lopez Senechal) just went top 5 in the draft, another (Juhasz) went 16th, two other starters (Edwards and Muhl) are likely to go top 5 in their draft years, and Griffin will probably go mid-second round next year.

What a weird way to phrase that rumor. "Volunteer State basketball." Tell me your rumor doesn't actually involve Tennessee even though you imply it, without telling me your rumor doesn't actually involve Tennessee even though you imply it.

I agree Tennessee does have a lot of historic programs tho good basketball everywhere here

Were down to nine for this season and seven that could return in 2024 which is the perfect amount if we add a couple more than can return and two or three freshmen. We need a roster of at least twelve next season cause the minute we go in with something like ten injuries will come and we'll be short handed. So looking for three from the portal or a freshman that hasn't signed yet. Another guard and another post cause Key never played much over 20 minutes when she was in top health. Exactly 28 days before the portal closes and I think freshman recruiting if there are any left is just a couple days after that so the roster will be set by May 15th will be interesting to see where we are when that date arrives.

Still super bummed about Justine. I feel like this staff does a nice job developing players and I was really looking forward to seeing how she came along.

Part of me still hopes she may return and withdraw from the portal.

It does make me think we have a commitment that hasn’t been announced the visit and timing of her portal entry don’t seem like a coincidence to me.

Something has to be up she signed a NIL was returning had to be something and I think a player that made her change her mind. I'm not saying she is gone however until I see her committed to another school. A lot of those portal players probably will return to their present school,

I am bummed too. I hope she changes her mind. I still believe she would be awesome LV. Competition at her position would only make her that much better in the long run. GBO.

Just saw something in twitter and they were asking where she would land and they had Penn State, Havard, and Princeton. I didn't see her going to any of those schools.

Princeton doesn't accept transfers, not sure about Harvard. She seems like she'd do well at a Big East school, for sure.

If developed properly thru the summer ,I believe she would be a perfect fit at Va Tech and just might start there this coming November.
