Loved the Coach Caldwell interview. Thanks for posting @Jcarter.

Perfect approach and tone expressed in her first team meeting. CKM said I told them, "I have a chip on my shoulder. I know I have a lot to prove coming from a different level and the players bought in."

If Coach Caldwell can sign two/three additional key players the excitment surrounding the program will be off the charts.

Just read (as of today) that the University has already sold-out all 24/25 season tickets for football in Neyland. Amazing! Our fan base is so ready for the Lady Vols to rise up and continue to build our blue blood legacy. I'm pumped!

They also have Aaliyah Moore who is really good and is now fully recovered from injury. She really came on last half of last season.

Forgot about Jones too if she stays healthy. Really good post finisher.

Moore is a super nice player she HAS to get in shape for next season though. She was not able to give them the minutes she could have due to her fitness level.

Could be that her knees are so bad she can’t do much conditioning. But we have seen other Texas bigs struggle with that too. Those food trucks in Austin be hittin

Saying we're better off than UConn bc they didn't need portal players is like saying your hospital outcome was much better than mine - because I didn't get sick and need to go to the hospital. However you get a roster, theirs is much better.

They will find anything to complain.
And then twist your words to try to control the narrative.

Changing the subject to something that is completely irrelevant as we speak.

Now fanatics are bringing up high school recruiting because according to the list UT has a Top 10 recruiting class and is still likely to add some more players.

As you know, the few UT fans that will defend any team or player not affiliated with the LVs will join in and make it about something off topic as well.

It’s simple.. UT portal class and the returning core that was recruited to stay under CKC has made this roster significantly better in three weeks.

It's just a fact. Transfer portal is helping and rebuilding basketball teams quicker than any sport right now. Where did I say we were better off than UCONN? Lol. Just said the portal works great for basketball. Cause it does and nice try though

You did not say it. And they know you didn’t it’s just a way to discredit Tennessee WBB.

They do not want to see or read any encouraging posts relating to UT WBB.

It aggravates them to see us talking about the good things.

So now it's better to just load up on Portal players, but the talk was we needed high school recruits. Which one is it? The goal post has moved again.

Like most things in boring adult life, it's both. The mushy middle. I've never understood why anyone would dismiss either option. Can you imagine Dawn passing on Joyce Edwards?

That's funny because you won't find one post from me on here where I said that about high school recruiting lol. Different system, different coach equals different evaluations from portal. Honestly just depends on the coach and how they play. I think KC will benefit from portal every year

It’s just not convenient to their agenda because CKC has done something they attempted to question from day one her ability to recruit.

Now when players do commitment to CKC who they questioned her ability to recruit at a P5, they are going to look for a way to change the narrative.

HS recruiting was not even part of the discussion until the transfer portal list was posted yesterday.
