I just can’t see the logic of us being at 12th in the SEC.

I agree if we get the two players that were hoping to get which have not been confirmed. This would make us a better roster than last season even with Rickea. We will have added more steals, rebounds, scoring to the roster. Creme hasn't been right about much in a while he just likes to get clicks on his stuff.

No way we could be 12th when I can think of 6 SEC teams that we have the better roster right now. Three to 6 more were close to even with and only about three I would consider better.

Oh ik not common tho. Esp in women’s basketball. Only one in the SEC last year was Mississippi State being 8 and not getting in to AMs 9

Vandy was 6 and was a last 4 in. But a lot of that is due to SOS and trending. So that doesn’t help Cremes case.

I do think we make the tournament anyway, but let’s see how our final roster looks.

She'd probably need at least enough grace to not get fired after year 1, especially when she's been hired to basically scrap and do a complete overhaul of a system and playing philosophy.

Barring a compete implosion/circus, disaster of a season (bottom of SEC, public in-fighting etc), which I don't anticipate happening, if UT is willing to fire her after one year, she probably never should have been hired to begin with. That shows a very short leash and not a lot of faith in the process that is building a team.

This all may take time, may work, may not, but here we are and I think one and done would be a true disaster for the program.

Overall a good list tho I can’t see many teams being better. Oregon has as good as a class as Maryland.

Top three might be a stretch. I think it's still SC, Texas at the top and LSU and OU not far behind. OU's biggest weakness was not having a post presence, and Beers more than makes up for that.

I think Tennessee is firmly entrenched in the next grouping with UK, Alabama, Ole Miss and Auburn. I'd be shocked if these aren't the Top 9 in the league next season.

I’ll be honest I’m still skeptical of Texas and their front court

Losing Gaston and Muhammad is a huge loss

they have a 6’9 freshman and now Oldacre.. but
