All of their best teams have been lead by a forward. They don’t have that all this season. No Stewie, no Gabby Williams no Collier.

Brady is a bust and they don’t have a center. Strong is a nice player but she isn’t ready and will have to progress extremely fast to carry that load for them.

He’s always had great guard play but their success has ultimately come from scoring in the paint. Trap Bueckers and make her give it up some and their decision making goes down hill fast.

If we land Hurst we have a roster of 12 unless we have transfers out. I do think we look for exactly that in the portal. A quality post with some eligibility would be the perfect fit.

You would think that would be an easy sell with our class and returning squad. Athletic big, come on down.

I am sitting here right now with my made-up odds of Hurst becoming a Lady Vol at a fairly confident 70-30.

All I know is, I never watch a Clemson sport on TV. Neither women's or men's ANYthing. I don't even notice Clemson as I'm scrolling through the games On Demand when I'm desperate to find a game I haven't seen.

Because of my respect for the late Kay Yow and for Wes Moore, I will on rare occasions tune in to watch NCState women's basketball if they play a particularly big game. But, again, I don't typically register NC State as must-watch. I have never even noticed whether Wolfpack volleyball is ever televised.

That's my experience, but I have a feeling more sports fans than not are like me in these observations.

On the other hand, people all over the planet are aware of the Tennessee Lady Vols and Tennessee Vols. Winning or losing, they are always big news with lots of eyes on them.

Just wasting time here until 6 p.m. Carry on.

Dayum. I just realized that to my eye, Cooper is the overall most active player either before or since Parker. And she's quicker than Parker. And she's only a redshirt sophomore! 🤯
