location
Davis-Wade Stadium
Starkville, MS
capacity: 55,082
Jumbotron: Biggest in the SEC, 2nd biggest in the world

With football season just around the corner I wanted to go ahead and get a prediction thread here on the NCAA forum that I will be able to bump after we beat y'all. And please don't get mad and upset when I bump it. I'm not going to rub it in or flame, I'm simply just going to type "bump."

prediction:
Mississippi State - 31
Tennessee - 10

We'll make sure to bookmark this one for later just like your Chris Relf is better than Tyler Bray thread.

Really BC? Don't count your chickens before they hatch.

Tyler Russell. He had an amazing spring game and this is suppose to be his breakout year.

Amazing Spring against who?

Any QB that can throw a ball should have an amazing Spring

Stuff changes when you look across that line at 7 guys that want to rip your head off and crap in your esophagus

Do whatever you want, just be ready for one of us to type bump after we curb stomp your pitiful team. Also, 31-10, really? Pretty sure with our offense, we will score that in the first quarter...

A statement and a request:

The board at Davis Wade is not the second biggest in the world. The actual jumbotron (not counting the side and ribbon boards) is 5376 sq . ft. Just to name four that are bigger: Cowboys Stadium (9,000 sq ft per display), Darrell Royal Stadium at the University of Texas (6,850), SunLife Stadium in Miami (6,717) and the Tokyo Racetrack (8,066).

My request is that Billy be banned from starting threads. I don't want him banned from posting (although he rarely posts in threads he doesn't start), but all of his threads are terrible.

2nd biggest in the world of college football stadiums, 2nd only to Texas. Leave it to Bamawriter to start talking about NFL jumbo trons.

It used to be the 2nd biggest in college football like only 2 years ago. My bad. I was wrong and I admit it. But it really was the 2nd biggest not too long ago.

ETA: Ours looks much better than Arkansas' because ours is more square. Theirs is just real long.

Stadium sounds cute. Around here, we call that capacity, "The east side of Neyland Stadium" or the amount of Tennessee fans you can find at a Vandy home game when Tennessee is in the house.

If Vanderbilt's stadium is nicknamed West Neyland, I think I'll take your statement and call DWS East Side of Neyland, South.
