now, please explain how your one 2nd team DB is going to shut down a 1st team SEC receiver, a preseason 2nd team WR (still ranked there even after barely playing last season) and the #1 juco WR (who John Chavis described as "the best he has ever seen at receiver in junior college or high school").

Banks is likely the best DB we will face all season. He could potentially slow down Hunter or Rogers.

They won't have three of him. And there's the rub.

heck no I don't want those crazy guys from the Endzone talking dirty in here. If utvolpj wants to move it then that is fine and I respect the decision but I think it needs to stay here. I want the posters that follow football to be able to see it when I bump it.

We have an all around strong secondary and God help whichever one of your precious wide recievers Banks is covering, gonna be a long night for him.

I like Banks, I think he's incredibly good, I'm excited to see him this year... especially against our WRs.

But if we go down to Starkville and just roll Mississippi State, this thread will give Billy nightmares. Worse nightmares than The Departed ever could.

Billy, do you think MSU will actually be competitive against Bama this year? Mullen's yet to look compentent against Saban, so I'm wondering if you think he'll refrain from wearing a dress to this year's game.

Billy just because you have one good CB and play in the SEC West, doesn't get you a win against Tennessee.
