I'm not a gambling fella, but this seems like easy money. 12.5 is on the low end imo,I could see this game getting away from pig in the second half. Like 37-20.

Yeah, this screams trap game like crazy and Vegas has set initial spread that way too...

Keep seeing "this is trap game!" but where's the trap? We are coming off a bye week before and play Florida at home next week and will be favored by 15-20. There is no trap games with this team. They have bought in on the one week at a time mantra.

Tn has been the easiest money on fanduel for a while now of course while I get very ahead they start making the spread more realistic for a vols by fiddy offense. Looks like vegas caught on

Still, they were kind enough to give me $1,200 free bucks to plop down on us at -13.5. Seemed like free money.

Arkansas is not a good team, if we go in and treat them like we did Oklahoma we will win my multiple scores.

Mobile QB, decent D, desperate team/coach, night game on road in SEC, sandwiched between 3 bigger games, uncertainty with Heard.

The bye week helps for sure. Im not sure if Arky has checked out but this does check some boxes for a trap...

You have no idea if there is no trap games with thus team since they havent played one yet. Same stuff was said about no trap games for this team in 2022 and we saw what happened. This isnt flashing the trap signs like that game was...

The most important aspect to this game hasn’t been mentioned unless I just missed it. Will the OL be full strength? If so, TN should be able to get the run game going and protect Nico for some intermediate and deep shots down field. If not, see the second half vs OU.

I don't think Arky scores more than 14 points. And I don't see them holding us under 35 a week after allowing a Texas A&M team with a back up QB score 21 points. Final score Vols 41 - Arky 14.

Mojo, these are the same ones that continuously set themselves up for disappointment.
A lot of people talked themselves into a 3-4 touchdown blowout against Oklahoma, yet despite controlling the game from start to finish, said people were disappointed with a “boring, vanilla” 10 pt win.
I fully expecting a battle in Fayetteville and nothing less.

This has trap game written all over it. The pigs are better than their record and will fight to prove it. The Vols have spent the last two weeks reading about how great they are.

Arkansas is a pass-happy team but they can't put it in the endzone and have a lot of INTs.

I hope our defensive pressure leads to a big day for our defensive backs.

It is a legitimate concern until we go an entire season without losing to an inferior opponent.

Win the games we should this yr and much of the BVS will go away. I personally am becoming more optimistic as I picked TN over Oklahoma over the summer. It was worth the plane ticket and hotel costs to see in person.

We should handle every team on our schedule beyond Bama and UGA. And I think we split those two & go 11-1 before heading to the playoffs.
Which inferior team did we lose to last season? Guess you can say SC in 2022 but we all are aware of the extenuating circumstances surrounding that game.

I’m not guaranteeing 10-2 or better for this year because the strength of the different SEC teams hasn’t been on full display yet. Until we get deeper into the season, we won’t know how good we are or our opponents. Personally, I don’t worry about this team looking past anyone due to the obvious strong leadership and depth of the roster. JMO
