Tennessee parts ways with Holly Warlick

I think as long as the person understands how to manage, you surround yourself with the best/people better than you in certain areas....that hides deficiencies and you learn from those people as well. Nobody will be a complete master. I’m sure Geno uses Shea Ralph to assist where he lacks. Same with Niele Ivey and McGraw. I think elite assistants are just that sometimes, elite assistants. And as long as the coach is really good the elite assistants put them over the jumper

I think the best coach in in the women’s game right now is female. If they go “male” I hope it’s from Louisville or Oregon.--JoAllan

Geno Auriemma is not a woman.

I know of a great candidate who is sitting on the San Antonio bench under Coach Popovich's mentorship. Why is Becky Hammons not being mentioned as a candidate!?

How many times does it need to be said that Fulmer did that in order to lower the high buyout that Hart had in the contract. He new what he was doing.

How many times does it have to be said that the salary we paid to Holly this year (18-19 season) plus what she will get with this buyout will exceed what she would have been paid if we bought her out last year....

why would she want to Coach Womens basketball when she is very likely to be the first womens NBA coach. Also the games are completely different. She has never coached in college. Why would she want to step into someone else's shadow when she is blazing her own trail? I say its gonna be Wes Moore or Kellie Harper they both make sense from a money perspective and have good resumes along with ties to the program and/or area.

A tidbit: It has been +900 games since Uconn lost two games in a row.
In fairness, they do play in the AAC. Not much to worry about there.

Who were the two teams? Guessing it was during Charles's freshman year or the first post-Taurasi year?
