Tennessee QB Tyler Bray faces important NFL decision...

I think it will be easier on the next coach if he just leaves. At best you can only get one more year out of Bray before you have to break in another QB. You've got two good candidates with Worley and Peterman that will be in the system longer.
I really wish Worley had gotten a longer look Saturday. Once he settled down, he was really zipping the ball in there.
Plus, if the new coach has to lay down the law, who is to say that Bray isn't black balled.

Worley is hot garbage and Peterman is unproven.

Bray makes things easier, not harder for the new coach. It allows him a year to develop the guy he wants and takes some pressure off of him in his first year.

If bray isn't our qb next year we may not see a bowl came again

Really think Worley is that bad?

I'm not going to say that Worley is trash but he's nowhere near the qb that Bray is.

I really don't care if Bray leaves.

If we move on to the Worley/Peterman era that's just fine with me.

Worley will be a Junior next year and all the extra work and reps he'll get will only make him much better for the 2 years he can start.

If Bray stays then Worley or Peterman or both just might transfer out and we'll be in a really bad situation if Bray gets hurt again with only a true Freshman as his backup.

VFL...GBO!!!

I seriously do not seeing Bray being successful in the NFL.

He had not been in the SEC.

Bray chokes when the game is on the line.

Look at his play at the end of the FL and GA games this year.

He quit the Florida game I was there. But the GA game wasn't for that fumble we had a chance to win.

Called out by USA Today:
"So, too, are his immaturity and questionable leadership skills. Nobody is going to throw millions in guaranteed money at him until he proves he is committed to the game."

This makes me feel good for some reason. :)

He did quit the FL game.
He threw a pic after the fumble in the GA, IIRC.

He has had some chances in his career at UT to do that winning drive, he never has.

He did not show up for the Vandy game.

He did not show up not the KY game last year.

I know the reason-because you, like me and a bunch of others, have been attacked for saying this about Bray for two seasons now. The fact that others not completely blinded by fandom/ignorance are now saying it is validation

People who don't see his raw potential as a passer is blind. He hasn't been coached up one bit since stepping on campus and that falls partly on Bray and mostly on Dooley and Co. Give Bray a year with someone making him watch his film and study his position and he could be lights out no matter who the opponent.

As far as him jumping to the NFL I don't see him going until the late 3rd at the most and even then he probably won't see the field for a while unless he just impresses and mans up to learning the ins and outs of the QB position.

Yes. Was decent vs Vanderbilt, but short of that he's been pretty much pathetic in every game he's played in. Doesn't look like he's capable of facing the SEC.
In Worley's senior year in high school, he completed 429 of 560 passes for 5,315 yards with a completion rate of 72.7% and 64 touchdowns. In 2011, Worley completed 55% of his passes, but if you take out his first start as a true freshman against So.Carolina, he completed 38 of 61 for 62% and 501 yards. Surely you don't expect a true freshman to light it up in his first start, or do you?

This year he has completed 15 of 23 for 65.2% and 134 yards. ESPN rated him as the #18 overall quarterback coming out of high school. I am sorry, but I think he has done quite well considering how little action that he has seen. I am anxious to see more of him.
