You can tell she has always pitched illegally as she is struggling to keep the feet planted correctly. The back foot is supposed to stay planted. Her back foot hops almost every time. They could call illegal on every pitch if they wanted to.

The leaping is an easy fix….toss the back hip up and your foot stays down
