Probably a good time to remind the board FSU came in to Tennessee and got Danley a LHP for next season. She committed as a 7th grader and never waivered. PGF All-Star game MVP twice…outstanding overall player

Love this team and we may come back but not looking good. We somehow have made it to the national semifinals with the holes in our lineup is remarkable. Fsu has been here before and one of the few that does not bow down to OU. This year I’m not sure they have the pitching depth or hitting to challenge them.

Because this team hasnt hit in weeks.
Against Texas the offense wasnt great. The game we broke it open was due to an error.
We look abysmal last night
Besides Kiki and Zaida this offense is overmatched.

We played some of our best offensive softball down the stretch. I'm mad but not mad if you know what I mean. It's awesome getting back to the CWS, but I really felt like we had the talent to win it it all.

She wasnt sharp at all. We were lucky it was only 2 solo homeruns.

I'm proud of these ladies. Win or lose, they have my respect.

Great year. Would have been nice to get another crack at Oklahoma, but I do think their march to the title is inevitable. Winning two games in OKC is a fantastic season all-around.

No shame in making where they did this season. SEC regular season and tournament Champs and final 3 left in the nation. They just aren't quite on the level of FSU or OU. Let's be honest tho. This game/games were to decide who got dispatched by OU in the Finals. Still been a hell of a season for the Lady Vols. Gotta bring in a couple big bats and big arms next season and give it a whirl again. It's hard to get to this point. Much respect for these ladies!

I didnt just look at our averages and compare it to other teams. 6 hitters below .300.

I agree. Stanford almost beat them twice in the last week. Clemson had them on the ropes. FSU has the pitching to take them out.

Actually Pickens is one of my favorites but got to get a few digs in because you all have put her on Mt. Rushmore of the best thing ever. Got to earn something and sickening all the excuses everyone makes for her. She pitched 1 flawless, inning and all the comments how good that was while there’s other freshmen throwing gems at the WCWS. So I apologize it shouldn’t be directed at KP but Katie Taylor had more value this season than Karlyn and Katie probably won’t see the field the next 2 years.

She is very talented, but is not yet ready for this level. If she works and learns, she could become dominant. We’ll see.
