I love G but her and Donihoo are going to have to make great strides in the off season to stay in the starting lineup next season.

I like Donihoo moving back to the outfield, but shes not a SS

I haven't seen anyone say they aren't proud of what this team has accomplished. I think it's fair to criticize coaching when you were one win away from being inches away from a championship series. We had everything to play for and it feels like we conceded it without even giving it a fair shot. This team deserved better than that.

If KP had the stuff she had tonight against sooners, or if ump hadn't blown a huge missed strike......

I firmly believe if KP could have got us 8-10 outs, and we were only down 1-0 or 2-0, Karen would have turned to AR.

Since it went off script early, she just made decision to go the other direction.

Yeah, I don't agree with it either. But, I do understand that it is a roll of dice that only a confident coach would make.

Exactly it worked earlier in the year against Florida when we were down 7 runs.

Not sure who the hitting coach is, but we need a change there. Karan needs to play to win. Giving up to OU sent the message. If your best is not good enough, so be it. But fire the dang gun.

If WAR existed in softball I’m almost certain she would be in the red for the 2nd half of the year.

You all are freaking out way too much about that game.

It's just differing opinions. Nothing more, nothing less, and neither more valid than the other. There is a case to be made to have saved your ACEs and take your shots in the bottom of the bracket, and a case to be made that one win against OU would have essentially put us into the championship series. All in all, a season to be remembered, and I think we're all proud of this group and what they did this year.

I read and love fantasy and love the lady Vols even more, but without a totally healthy Ashley we are not beating Oklahoma this year.

G seems to have a ton of passion for the game and is loved by her teammates but everytime she comes to the plate I cringe. And quiet as it’s kept, she’s pretty average behind the plate. Unless she makes huge strides she needs to be a backup next season.

Really ? I'm not. I am saying what I think set the tone for the WS. I want game one in any series. Sure you can get through the loser bracket. However winning is the best result always. You hamstring and add so much pressure by conceding. Again I am not a fan of Karen, I respect what the Weekly's built but she handicapped this team mentally in the WS

Arguing that game just all the sudden killed this teams confidence and thats why they cant hit is a dumb argument.

Ashley isnt healthy, Payton has thrown twice in this WS and gotten beaten up both times.
Karlayn is the closest thing we have to the Stanford girl OU struggled with twice. Toasting you Ace who isnt 100% heading into the losers brackets isnt a good idea.
