I would never throw down to second with a runner at third especially with two outs. Trust your pitcher. Any decent base runner will score if that throw goes all way down.

I saw her first at bat today and she just had something of a lazy swing on a fastball down the center of the plate. Doesn't seem dialed in....

That's my big pet peeve is for a hitter to take a 3rd strike looking with runners on base. You have to swing if its close and try to put the ball in play. Can't leave your AB to the ump.

A pass ball and a walk and they have two on base. Execution has been bad today for us and them. Pickens struggles a little with command of the pitches gets behind a lot of hitter usually has what it takes to get out of it though.
