Yeah got to give GA a little credit here they took away a couple of extra base hits with runners on with just good plays along with the line drives at defenders. Ball just didn't go in the right places today for the good girls. Should be able to shut them down with both ace pitchers tomorrow. Bet GA starts the last pitcher they used that no one could hit.

I’m sure she saw AR was a year ahead and decided to help Duke start up their program. I’m sure there was conversation…her pitching coach was an early resource with Duke at the time.

Could not hit her in either game ....i would also start her.

It is difficult to spot a team as good as Georgia two runs while experimenting with starting pitching

Not saying I agree with it but I understand why she started Charli today. After some good innings vs Auburn she took a flyer but GA is better than Auburn. I want her to be able to contribute but didn’t work today. It’s a shame Payton had to take the L, she deserved better. Our lineup just doesn’t look the same without Kiki and Taylor in it, not nearly as potent. If Kiki not 100%, I would just rest her until next weekend. I think the SEC champ will have 5-6 losses. Hopefully we can get it done tomorrow and be at full strength the rest of the way.
