Appears our team took it's cue from the coach. If we can beat them with with Charli pitching what is there to worry about? Does quite the opposite than going for the jugular. You know the players are thinking well we are treating this like it is a midweek game and that's the way we started. Coaches need to check themselves sometimes. (I like Charli for what she is).

I think this also. Earlier this year I witnessed a self-implosion, unfortunately the other team was worse. They are good though, not as big as they'd like to believe. Got an attitude

Early game plus Knoxville marathon is today. Should be wrapped up but will cause traffic issues on campus.

Not sure about the game time other than TV. It is a strange start time for a Sunday. I will have to time shift so cheer them on to victory. Everyone in the dugout needs to have their minds right today from the top down. Hopefully Karlyn can hold them down and we can score some runs.

Ok, I missed yesterday’s game. Whose bright idea was it to not start Payton???? That lost is 100% on Karen. You can’t start that game with your horses still in the stable. For anyone that has ever played baseball or softball the team knows and who should be starting and if you aren’t given them the best opportunity to win they always play that way. It happens every time. If Payton starts it’s a different outcome and they play different.

You can’t sell me on that decision and I didn’t even see the game but if you can put Payton in there’s no reason she don’t start. Charli isn’t a SEC level pitcher. As I look at her starting lineup makes me question her thought process. There was a a group that hit at Auburn and not all started yesterday.

Yesterday was a winnable game and we needed it to keep or distance in the SEC. Hopefully Danny White is watching this season and can do a 2 for 1 hire.

Lead off walks usually come back to cost you runs. We need to get our bats going. They have been pretty silent recently. I know, you don't expect to score 10 runs or hit 4 homers every game but we left the bases loaded in the first and did not get a hit in the inning. Even sac fly would have been nice.
