That’s fine, but that number 3 team just lost a series at home and lost game 1 on the road. It was clear they weren’t playing their best softball offensively at that time.

You don't put her in against the #3 team in the country when you're trying to win a conference title. I remember years ago in 2013 the Weeklys started Erin Gabriel against Bama to "get her feet wet" after we won the first two, and she got torched. We wound up losing the SEC by one game that year to Florida.
