Very true, but with only PG & an unknown KP you have to be able to grow as coach with White and Orsini. Like the more you accept the fact that you have to trust everyone the more you gain patience & with an offense like ours we can have a game where some pitchers are giving up 5-6 runs

My biggest beef with Weekly. Development is not her thing. You either show out as a freshman pitcher or its off to baseball Siberia.
You either show out early in games/innings as a pitcher, or the hook comes quickly out...She is not a believer, generally, in building confidence over time.
