My biggest beef with Weekly. Development is not her thing. You either show out as a freshman pitcher or its off to baseball Siberia.
You either show out early in games/innings as a pitcher, or the hook comes quickly out...She is not a believer, generally, in building confidence over time.

Really? I think she's much more patient (maybe too much sometimes) than Ralph was.

The pitcher Baylor had in, had an energy depleting windup. I was told, in another sport, don’t use excess motions and don’t get angry, let the other player do that, it uses energy. Compare to Payton’s windup, economical, no wasted motions, very nice.
