What a joy it would be for him to be able to simply get back to playing hard and not worrying about having to carry the team. I really think the PG addition will be the secret to success. This new lineup looks like no one will be forced into a role they simply can't carry.

Some talk he’s considered heading back overseas, but as of now they expect him back.

I still think Gurley offers something no one on our roster or current radar offers and he could make an impact for us. I’m fine with passing on Gardner, as his size concerned me, and I never have wavered on that.

Very good I believe he will have a great year alongside Chandler. He will have many spot up opportunities.

He does, but he doesn’t bring the upperclassman leadership that Gurley potentially would have brought. In addition to the talent, that is the intangible I believed he could have provided. Team chemistry, next season, will be an interesting dynamic.

He also brings MM experience, no guarantee how that translates...he also probably costs us BHH, which would you rather have?

First I’ve heard of that. Seems like speculation. Not sure why a kid as talented as BHH would be scared off by a guy from a mid-major with no guarantee it translates.

I’m not so sure. This team lacked a leader on the floor, last season. An alpha personality. It would be great to see someone step up in that role as the vocal leader of this bunch with the number of new pieces coming in.
