Tennessee vs. Kentucky in the Sweet Sixteen. Are you nervous?

Gainey said in the post-game they didn’t change anything defensively for this game, but I’m not sure I believe him. We certainly looked to not be helping as much on defense. We focused on defending the perimeter and forcing tough 2’s. It worked to perfection. Credit to Barnes. We made adjustments across games. Pope didn’t seem to do much new.

We guarded with our chest out and feet moving all night long. We can defeat any team in the country playing defense like that.

He could mean this was the gameplan against UK all year but it wasn’t executed well? That’s my only guess
