clawson would have been fine in a couple years just as kiffin probably will as well (if he can really coach).

Clawson's offense couldn't have looked any worse than it did last year---otherwise they would've put our football team in the Ivy League.

Clawson was a coordinator, though, and not the head man. Our program lacked discipline, it was behind the times, and it was stale.

The program needed fresh leadership and until the person at the top changed, we were still going to have kids on the team with multiple violations of team policies.

Our staff had too many old school guys that didn't offer to underclassmen recruits and that didn't play younger players.

We needed a fresh approach and we needed more accountability----things that were overlooked while we were winning & once we started losing, those screw-ups could no longer be swept under the rug.
