Dismissed. Don't remember what for. UL and Petrino don't care though. They took the RB from Auburn a few years ago too. Others as well.

I think Harvey-Clemons had some discipline issues. Not sure if Wiggins did or just left. But remember that Grantham was their DC.

Wiggins just followed Grantham I believe. He was getting significant time at UGA and his leaving was kinda odd.

yep

Georgia cornerback Shaq Wiggins released a statement Friday night to 247Sports' Kipp Adams about his decision to transfer after one season ...

"First of all, (the) University of Georgia is a great school and I would like to thank Coach Richt and his staff for the opportunity to play at Georgia. When you are new to an organization, it’s extremely important to have the right fit. I love football and want to reach my highest potential. Therefore, after careful thought and much consideration, I believe that it is in the best interest of all parties that we part ways.

"I am looking for a team who will embrace my personality, someone who is a jovial, carefree and a bit of a jokester but who knows when to put jokes aside, get focused and become a true competitor, especially when on the field.

"I want to learn, and I want someone who can channel my energy and enthusiasm to take my game to the next level."

When Harvey-Clemons was dismissed last spring, a third strike for rules violations, the chorus of critics only grew, and until Grantham offered him a second chance at Louisville, he wasn't sure he'd have a chance to prove them wrong.

But on Saturday, Harvey-Clemons will finally get his chance when the Cardinals open their 2015 season.

Watching some of these SEC bowl games makes me very grateful to be a part of one of the very best fan bases in the country.

Auburn, MSU, and Aggie fans didn't even bother to show up for their bowl games. People can argue that they just don't care about those destinations or match ups but those are just excuses.

I agree that we truly do have great fans. We show up for everything. That said, we are in a position right now where we are excited to be at certain destinations. A&M, Mississippi State, and Auburn have been to some big bowl games the last few years. Not sure I would have been thrilled with playing NC State if I were a Mississippi State fan either even though Charlotte is a cool town. They played in the Orange Bowl last year.

With 3 kids, I have limited time and chances. I am waiting for the next couple of years to see where we land.
