A Texas prosecutor on Wednesday moved to dismiss a felony domestic violence case against former Longhorns men's basketball coach Chris Beard, in part because of the alleged victim's wishes not to prosecute.

It’s pretty obvious that she was not going to help them at trial. They had no choice, but to dismiss

Maybe the alleged victim wants a big ass alimony check and you can’t get one of those when your ex husband can’t even get a job coaching an AAU team.
