texas university Reached Out To Saban

Saban has never opened a practice to the media.

ESPN's contract with the University of Texas gives the Longhorn Network the right to record and broadcast any and all practices.

They did an all access to Alabama on ESPN. Unless they aren't media then you would be wrong.

My experience has been regardless of comments, you post is the general attitude down here.

If you think Saban is at Bama because its Bama, I still think you are delusionally stupid. If you want to argue that, then by all means lets hear it. You justwanted to boast and be arrogant because that is all you had to fall back on.

Waiting for you to prove me wrong.....

You've spent two pages explaining your agreement with my humble assessment, so why be stumbled by attitude? Besides after another duck-like beat down in T-Town, it's doubtful you'll be through arguing with yourself.

God almighty, are you serious? Where have I agreed with your silly statement that Saban is at bama because Bama is gods gift to football? Your delusions are what I'm calling out, not that Saban will leave bama.

And your chest pumping is laughable at this point. Honestly, who doesn't think bama will beat UT this year? You act like this is some steadfast trump card that will cause me to crawl back in a hole and say sorry.

You are getting quite emotional, aren't you? At the end of any discussion on this subject, coach Saban still being at Alabama, leaves me with all the trump cards.

As far as my predictions on this year's "third Saturday in October," think less, chest pumping and more, labor of love.

they are cocky.i work with several bama fans and they say bama will never rebuild again.they just don't know that college football goes in cycles.tennessee is a good example of that.

I'm ready for this cycle to be over.

lol, no I'm not. I'm actually becoming quite amused at the sheer amount of immaturity and "scoreboard!" least common denominator nonsense you post....because you literally have nothing else to say.

I'm going to ask one more time, and its not rhetorical (since you can't seem to understand that)....you think Saban took the job at Bama because he was enamored with the tradition and considered it some "mecca of college football"?

lol, I seriously want to know if you really believe that.

Attention Deficit Disorder? It's a lot quicker if you just go back and reread my post.

I love SEC football as much as anyone but Bama winning 3 straight titles doesn't help the SEC. If Bama plays Oregon for the NC i'll be rooting for the Ducks.

Where have you heard said rumor? I've heard people opine as to whether or not Texas would offer Saban, but I've heard no one say they've heard he's going there or they know of an offer in the works or anything of that nature.

What??? That does not make any logical sense. It most certainly helps the SEC nationwide. It doesn't help the VOLS compete with Bama in recruiting. Saban basically drafts the players he wants these days.

ESPN said Saban's agent was contacted about the Texas job in January. It probably won't happen but a man can hope. I still can't understand why a top recruit would go sit for 2 or 3 years at Bama.

It means Bama is dominating everyone in the SEC. That in turn makes those teams look bad.

Here's the good news. After that offensive display down at the swamp, you could just be confused and somewhat disoriented.

well if anybody thinks that Saban went to Bama because of there history instead of a pay check they are sadly mistaken and as all we all know he will lie about where he might go too,I'm sure he will be staying at Bama, after a significant pay raise, which they don't want to pay and will say is a raise because of past performances, just at a guess,i don't think he will go back to the NFL,but who knows on that one :) I would guess that he will get tired of the crap from not winning the SEC or a national title in a few years from the Bammers and either retire or move to somewhere else, besides LSU has found a guy to coach a QB now and they will be dangerous lol

How are you not banned yet? I respect posters like bamawriter and TideFan because they know what site they are on and they usually engage in legitimate conversation. You, on the other hand, only post useless drivel about how incredible your beloved Tide are. We get it man, you're a massive homer who cannot have an intelligent discussion. However, your act is really tired...
