Dont you think if they were Memphis's team you would see Tigers fans across the state, well that doesnt happen. Outside Memphis and your 1,000 fans nobody cares about Tiger High.

Your not a pearl fan...I got it. Did Tennessee make a mistake by hiring pearl? If so...who should Tennessee go after to be the next basketball coach?

Given who they could have hired, yes. As to who you hire next, that depends on when a change is made. It's difficult to pick candidates before you know who is available.

I think they could have done better from a long term perspective, but for the short term, Pearl has been absolutely perfect for this program. He really has done some things that others could not have done.

Who were the other coaches Tennessee was looking at before they hired pearl? I'm not breaking balls....I don't recall the other candidates.
