1. All people should be treated equally. A completely different thing than all people are the same.

2. correct. Diversity is important.

Not mutually exclusive ideas. I know conservatives aren't exactly the "learnin types" but that isn't hard to follow.

What you’re claiming I would agree with. The problem is that’s not how the left sees things. It’s the entire reason they harp on inequality of outcome.

They believe all people to be the same (they’re not). So if there’s a discrepancy in outcome, the left believes it has to be attributed to sexism, racism, etc.

When in reality, there are biological differences in the sexes and cultural differences in various ethnic group that attribute to those differences in outcome.

To each their own, I was a kid so I did think it was cool at the time but now, in retrospect, it was a clown show. Don’t care if it was the greatest collection to put on the same jersey if their opponents are less competitive opponents than the US team players faced when they were 8th graders.

Umm, I’m not sure how/why that matters. The competition was an absolute joke, plain and simple. They might have tried really really hard but so would my two year old against me on his Fischer price hoop and it still wouldn’t be a good game.

Plus, most of the teams that played them were more worried about taking pictures and getting autographs after the game then competing on the court during the game.
