That's racist!

cause (someone) to do something through reasoning or argument.

Well that word didn't help your case.

Go ahead and wallow around in it.

So,you can't see the difference between persuasion via dialog and force of law targeting ideals and thought. Ok. You just proved the point.

White nationalism is dumb. Black lives matter is dumb.

I can see they’re both dumb. I support their right to assemble. You support one.

I see your point....I agree that extremist stuff is dumb...

However, one is demonized, while the other is not...

Whites can't raise the pride flag without being labelled a racist, nazi...

The other can...

How am I a fascist? I cant wait to hear all the things you think I am and believe.
is a form of radical authoritarian nationalism,[1][2] characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition and control of industry and commerce. sometimes applied more formally to describe parties of the far-right with ideologies similar to, or rooted in, 20th century fascist movements. nationalist authoritarian goals of creating a regulated economic structure to transform social relations within a modern, self-determined culture; and a political aesthetic of romantic symbolism, mass mobilization, a positive view of violence and promotion of masculinity, youth and charismatic leadership.[31][32][33] According to many scholars, fascism—especially once in power—has historically attacked communism, conservatism and parliamentary liberalism, attracting support primarily from the far-right.

Try the one from the dictionary not Voxx, Huffington Post, or BuzzFeed:

Definition of fascism

1 often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
2 : a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control
early instances of army fascism and brutality —J. W. Aldridge

Answer the question Carl Pickens?

Well, besides the fact that I don't really agree with either legislation, Grand already answered your question as to the difference. The sharia legislation was very specific and its target well defined. The white nationalist legislation was vague and sloppy, not defining any specifics as to who its targets would be, relying instead on tag phrases and labels.

The problem with it is that it's not giving any concrete criteria, and then asking law enforcement to label them as terrorists. You seriously don't see any problem with this?

Much less, the law literally asked law enforcement to label and target people as terrorists based on what they believe (and others have supposedly done), as opposed to what those specific people have done?

Let's put the same show on the other foot...

Be it now stated that communism has been an irreconcilable worldview to American democracy, and communists have historically been violent and generally bad people. So, we propose that any communists (as well as their newly labeled "Liberals" and "Progressives") be labeled as terrorists and fervently targeted by law enforcement.

Amen, hallelujah, and pass the mustard!

Direct quote from the proposed legislation:

WHEREAS, while free speech and assembly are bedrock values for Americans, white
nationalist and neo-Nazi groups promote agendas that are in irreconcilable conflict with our
nation's foundational principles of liberty and justice for all; and

"While we say on one hand that freedom of speech and assembly are bedrocks to our American values, we propose this legislation to abolish the bedrocks of our nation."

What a bunch of rubes.

For starters that’s exactly why you call the anti immigration crowd racist.

But no. I call them racist based on the actual things they’ve done. Changed a businesses sign to read “white coffee” and chanted that they don’t whites in their neighborhood. That’s racist. Idk why you have a hard time seeing that.

If it were a group of white guys not wanting blacks in their neighborhood, I know you wouldn’t hesitate to speak the truth and call them racist.

What’s different?

AP Exclusive: Kushner Cos. filed false NYC housing paperwork

When the Kushner Cos. bought three apartment buildings in a gentrifying neighborhood of Queens in 2015, most of the tenants were protected by special rules that prevent developers from pushing them out, raising rents and turning a tidy profit.

But that's exactly what the company then run by Jared Kushner did, and with remarkable speed. Two years later, it sold all three buildings for $60 million, nearly 50 percent more than it paid.

What does that have to do with what you replied too?

If you don’t like your rent, move. But don’t cry about some racist conspiracy. Honestly, the term “gentrification” is a racist term to begin with. Its people complaining about ethnic diversity
