That's racist!

I do find this funny as most people that work for Starbucks are libs. Remember the ones making fun of the Trump supporter by writing something derogatory on their label?

So the libs don't like it when black people hang around? What should they do? Embrace them and practice what they, so loudly, preach? Or call the cops?

There's a very true saying, "Don't trust the audio. Trust the video."...actions speak louder than words...unless you're a Democrat.

So you've never gone into an establishment waiting on friends or family and waited on them to order? Good God. Why does something so simple need to be explained?

I have and if urged to order, I get, wait for it, A DRINK AND NOT THE WHOLE ****IN MENU. It's Starbucks Nancy. it isn't rude to order a tea or something while you wait. it's like 2$

Starbucks should be equal to a Sanctuary Location if you listen to those that work there.

In reality...

I agree that the employee who called 911 was racist. The guys refused to leave so the police had no other choice to arrest them. An old white lady was interviewed and said she goes in there and they let her use the restroom all the time without buying anything. Employee should be fired for causing all this

Socialist love to hate on Chick-fil-A. But I've never heard of this kind of story happening at a Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Employees are not given the authority to call police in an incident like this. This was a management decision. As I said before this is wholly on an incompetent manager.

if they are not consistent with it, I think they need to revisit their policy, agree on how they want to handle folks that dont purchase anything and stick to it. They need to embed it in training. If they decide that loiterers aren't welcome, then document the heck out of it.

I actually have an issue if there are inconsistencies.

I don't know for sure. I thought it was a white female. Regardless of their race or gender, management's actions and inaction were clumsy and unprofessional.

Again, if their policy is to not allow non-paying customers to use their restroom or stay in the store like the Regional VP says is their policy, Starbucks has every right to have these men taken out on trespass charges.

If they are inconsistent, then they need to revisit the policy, see if it makes sense and enforce the approved policy without prejudice.

BLM is going to ruin this story though. Saw a philly news program interview a BLM activist and hes implying the police being called put the men in danger and folks are asking for the officers to lose their jobs when they were lawfully called out, lawfully made the arrest on a trespass call and respectfully escorted these men out based on said call.

Law was followed and correctly done. The issue is with potential prejudice and that's a moral issue. Theres alot of information missing such as:
Is this policy new?
Was this policy reinvigorated recently when it as been too relaxed in the past?
Have they also requested the removal of other races?
Was there an aggressive exchange by either party?

wasnt the manager black though?

Nope. That is made up to discredit the true claims of racism.

I don't know why some people have such a hard on for debunking incidents of racism. Those people claim they believe racism exists, but anytime it happens they say nah it's something else. Unless it's the made up claims of reverse-racism. Then they always believe those. Yet they claim to not be racist. Doesn't add up.
