I think anything left of Steve Bannon has started to be categorized as "loony left" by you guys... In all seriousness, I think people mistakenly identify mainstream media. They are certainly center-left, I won't argue that. But many on the board think they are the "loony left." Trust me, I'm a Progressive. If you want to see hardcore liberalism, you are going to have to get your news from Mother Jones, Democracy Now!, The Young Turks, Huffington Post, Vox, the American Communist Times Courier, and too many more to list. I peruse them, but I understand exactly where their political voice lies on the spectrum.
This is why I have said before that I try to stick to NPR and BBC. NPR is good about having multiple viewpoints, and the BBC cuts through our partisan ******** and reports facts while calling us crazy Yanks.

Dude, all you people are Marxist. There is no liberal or "progressive" you're fascist/marxist/communist. It's all the same. You guys support any type of these governments. Why do you guys differentiate?

Oh, that is what I was told to do by my comrades down at the Fascist/Marxist/Communist recruiting commune before I went to an AntiFa rally and burned some flags, took a knee, ate some tofu, drank some vodka, and had the sheer lack of personal judgement to ever even try to talk to you on a message board.

Good luck trying to talk sense. There’s a large segment of people here who honestly believe that “the left” is an evil force trying to destroy America.

Honestly, if you believe that good guy/bad guy stuff about either party, you have likely gone waaaayyy off the deep end.
