Not bad.At one point, I rated some of the Presidents into neighborhood characters. Obama was the neighbor you would invite to a BBQ even though you didn't like his politics. He would be okay to hang out with so long as you aren't talking politics.
Bush 43 is the corny joke neighbor. But you like him anyway and still invite him over.
Clinton was the neighbor you just didn't trust to have your wife or daughters alone around. He's okay in most settings, but you really just get that feeling...and he's certainly a boys night out character only.
Daddy Bush is the neighbor that says one thing and does another. "Sure, I'll cut your grass while you're away on vacation." And you return to find tigers and elephants inhabiting what was your front yard.
Reagan most certainly gets an invite to any BBQ. He's funny, but also gives good advice on what he thinks you should do. You feel good about preparing that steak medium even though you didn't want it that way.
Carter gets an invite because he's just so darn nice. Ineffective, but just a really nice guy.
Ford is the neighbor that moved in and left before anyone could get to know them.
Nixon gets invited, but you lock all your valuables up while he's there because you just don't trust him.
So what about the rhetoric from the left calling for their base to act in an uncivil manner? That gets a pass in your eyes? I'm sorry, but I don't believe you when you say it isn't politically motivated. Trump may be a jack ass, but he's not the first jack ass to be POTUS. I find it funny how the left tries to lay every ill in the world at his feet while defending the same divisive rhetoric coming from their side. Completely hypocritical.
Depending on the type of event my invite list would be: Friend gathering I would only invite Bill Clinton and Trump, family gathering the rest minus barry
Problem is he would take my money and give it to the guys at the next tableFor a boys night out strip club trip, Trump, Clinton and Obama are all invited.
Clinton because, well, obvious reasons.
Trump because you know they'll flock to thr guy with money and he has pretty good taste.
Obama because he'll spend money he doesn't have to make sure everyone has a good time.
