That's racist!

The third leading cause of death in the US is accidents, which includes medical accidents. Something to mull over when you’re lying in a hospital bed.
I’ve worked in critical care for 13 years and had 2 med errors. I called both to doctors immediately but no harm came to the pts. I’ve caught far more Than I’ve had.
I would advise knowing what you are getting and why.

One time my grandfather was in for something his caretaker was with him. We as a family did what we could but we couldn't handle the medical stuff like she could. We always saw her as a busy body and stuck her nose into everything that went on in my grandfathers life. Kinda rubbed us the wrong way. But any way, the caretaker asks the nurse what all she is putting into the IV, asking about every bottle, whats that, whats that, whats that, there were several they pulled from. On one of them the nurse started to read off the label, stopped, returned it to the cart and grabbed a different bottle. Caretaker might have saved his life that day, we didn't mind her nosiness after that.

I had a friend killed by a mistake just like this back in the 80's. They gave him an injection and he complained of numbness in his feet that was moving up his legs. Once it was discovered there was nothing they could do for him except make him comfortable.....he died shortly afterwards. He was 19

That's sad.
I'll have to find the article. But I read about a month ago that autopsies have dropped about 50% since the 70s because insurances stopped covering them, but before that there was a lot less malpractice. My family has instructions to have one done if I die in a hospital. A doctor may accidentally leave a sponge in me.(no offense to VN doctors & medical staff)

If VN doctors don't leave sponges in people, seems there's no need to get offended. If they do, let the shoe fit. (And let them hire one of the fake VN lawyers.)

Hospital killed my Grandpa during a pace maker installation. The cardiac pacing was off or something and he passed a few hours after the "successful" operation.

But back to racism..saw a fried chicken shack near a house I was looking at today in rural Georgia..Cotton Pickin Chicken....bless your heart Georgia.

Back in the mid 90's me and a group of guys came down to Hampton for a NASCAR race ... of course we were partying hard on the way to the track and one of the guys with us was too chicken to get out and piss on the side of the little country road we were on so we had to stop at what appeared to be a mom and pop BBQ joint. Keep in mind it's Sunday morning around 9:00 with bumper to bumper traffic.... we figure they're open with the amount of people coming by their place.... we open the door and walk in.... there's an older guy sitting at a table in a wife beater tank top, smoking a cigarette and looking like he just got out of bed after raising hell until just before dawn.....there were dirty dishes and **** everywhere.... I mean caked on and dried filthy as hell dirty dishes....it reminded me of a skit from Hee Haw.
My buddy said "oh I'm sorry, we thought this was a restaurant."..... he said "it is, but we're not open yet"..... he told us we could use the restroom and it was filthy too. It's by far the nastiest establishment I've ever been in.

Feds Spend $230,769 to Increase Diversity of Veterinarians
Goal is to 'increase number of underrepresented minorities entering vet school'

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is spending over $200,000 on "enhancing diversity" of veterinarians.

A grant was awarded earlier this year to Tuskegee University in Alabama, which will host workshops and seminars entitled, "So You Want to Be A Vet," to try to recruit minorities into veterinary programs.

Just saw a commercial on CBS where they're showing Rudolph on Sat. night. I thought Twitters said Rudolph was racist. Will they run it? Will they run it with edits? LOL!

this state is awful. cant wait to get back to Florida.

lol. indigenous cultures. in space. lol. yup. thats why we are going to Mars, there are brown people up there that need repressing. and probably some women to rape too.
Well, to super diversify, we can send the entire LGBT(etc) population to colonize Mars. They can make nice with the green people and watch their population die off.
